A 61-year-old woman is accused of promoting prostitution at a northwest Dallas massage parlor police have raided twice since May.
Police have received "numerous community complaints" about Green Spa on Shady Trail near Walnut Hill Lane.
Detectives first searched the business in May. They executed another search warrant Tuesday and arrested Youg Sun Dews on a charge of aggravated promotion of prostitution.
She remains in the Dallas County jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Dews managed a "prostitution enterprise" at Green Spa that used at least two sex workers, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
An undercover detective went to Green Spa in June. Dews greeted him and asked if it was his first time. She also asked his age, the warrant says.
Dews walked the man to a room which had a full shower, bathtub and a massage table. The undercover officer waited in the room alone until a woman wearing a "skin tight short dress" came in, according to the warrant.
The woman asked the man how long he wanted to stay and then quoted the price of $200 for one hour and $160 for 30 minutes. She said the $160 also included using the shower, the warrant says.
The officer told the woman he didn't have any condoms, and she responded that she did. She then said he had to pay first. The officer left after saying he couldn't withdraw money, records show.
Another undercover detective went to Green Spa on July 2. Like the first officer, he was led to a room in the back. A woman wearing lingerie went into the room with him, according to the arrest warrant.
The detective paid the woman for 30 minutes, and she undressed and stood near a box of condoms. The warrant says the officer faked an argument with the woman and left the spa.
Authorities believe at least two women work for Dews at the spa because the undercover officers were greeted in the massage rooms by different women, records show.
Dews was arrested in April on a misdemeanor charge of working as an unlicensed massage therapist.
Court records show she is a Korean citizen.
