DALLAS — As the winter storm moves into North Texas, all TEXpress managed lanes around the metroplex have been closed.
"In communication and coordination with TxDOT and our highway maintenance crews, we are closing the managed lanes," TEXpress said in a statement.
TEXpress said in the statement they will continue to monitor weather conditions as the storm moves through the region and implement winter maintenance operations to work toward re-opening the roadway safely.
