DENTON, Texas — There's hype surrounding the North Texas Mean Green's start to the 2024 season.

So much so, they've secured their first home game on ESPN2 in over a decade, according to the university's athletic director. North Texas will host Conference USA foe, Tulane (5-2, 3-1), on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT. UNT's Athletic Director, Jared Mosley, urged everyone to come out and enjoy the game or flip it on your television.

The Mean Green's bout with the Green Wave comes after a high-scoring shootout with Memphis (6-1, 4-0), where UNT led early in the fourth quarter but ultimately suffered their second loss of the season, 52-44.

It is also North Texas' homecoming game. Tickets are still available for as low as $20, for those who wish to attend.
