DENTON, Texas — Vibes are high in Denton.

The North Texas Mean Green have started their season 2-0 and a celebration from their last game has captured million of eyes on social media.

What?!

After senior cornerback Ridge Texada picked off Stephen F. Austin quarterback Sam Vidlak in the second quarter, he came to the sideline and celebrated for the crowd Stone Cold Steve Austin style (who also played football at UNT in the '80s).

Texada threw the WWE World Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder, clacked two water bottles together and dumped the water everywhere.

Can we give 'em a "hell yeah?"

The celebration went wild on social media, garnering more than 7.2 million views in 24 hours, per the university athletics X account.

UNT takes on another "Texas rattlesnake" – or at least a school where plenty of them live – with the Texas Tech Red Raiders on Saturday. Tech is coming off a 37-16 loss to Washington State.

Kickoff for North Texas-Texas Tech is set for 11 a.m. CST in Lubbock.
