ARLINGTON, Texas — For the first time in MLB history this year, the Texas Rangers and the Houston Astros will meet in a postseason series – and not just any series, but the American League Championship Series at that.
It all kicks off on Sunday night with Game 1 in Houston. For a look at the full schedule and ticket information, click here. On Friday, the Texas Rangers announced locations where fans can meet up for a watch party during the road games.
Here is a look at the watch party information:
- Game 1: Watch Party at Globe Life Field (Gates open at 6:15 p.m.)
- Game 2: Watch Party at Globe Life Field (Gates open at 2:30 p.m.) / Watch Party at Klyde Warren Park (2012 Woodall Rodgers Fwy, Dallas, Texas, 75201) begins at 2:30 p.m.
- Game 6*: Watch Party at Globe Life Field (Gates open at 6:00 p.m.)
- Game 7*: Watch Party at Globe Life Field (Gates open at 6:00 p.m.)

Texas Rangers Watch Party at Globe Life Field
The Rangers welcome fans to Globe Life Field for both games, with gates set to open one hour prior to first pitch for each. Tickets are $10 and will be first-come, first-served general admission-style seating. Parking is free in Tundra Lot B, Tacoma Lot R, and RAV4 Lot Q. Fans can enter/exit Globe Life Field using the Southwest or North Entrances.
Tickets can be purchased at rangers.com/watchparty, GlobeLifeField.com, or at the Southwest and North Entrance Ticket Offices on Watch Party days one hour prior to gates opening.
Should the ALCS advance past Game 5, the Rangers will host Watch Parties at Globe Life Field for Games 6 and 7 under the same guidelines.
Texas Rangers Watch Party at Klyde Warren Park
In addition to the Watch Party at Globe Life Field, Klyde Warren Park in Dallas will host a free Watch Party. The Rangers’ Mobile Wiffle Ball Park will be available for kids to use.
