PLANO, Texas — Another company is moving its corporate headquarters to North Texas.

Diversified, a global tech company specializing in audiovisual and media services, has moved its global headquarters from New Jersey to Granite Park in Plano. The company touts annual revenue of $1 billion-plus and a clientele that includes media organizations and retailers and well as sports and live performance venues and more.

The company said their new hub provides easy access to DFW Airport and the rest of the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Company officials said they hope the new headquarters’ central location will help the company attract talent from within the region and provide easy accessibility for both local and international clients and partners.

“This new headquarters is a working example of what we do best—integrating advanced technology into functional spaces,” said Eric Hutto, CEO of Diversified. “It’s designed to showcase how modern technology can adapt to the needs of any business, providing an interactive space for our clients to see the practical benefits of the solutions we deliver.”

Diversified builds what it describes as “experiential environments.” Earlier this year, one of Diversified’s projects included a new sound system at Oracle Park, the home of the San Francisco Giants. The company has also worked on digital signage for Armani Exchange and counts the NFL and Microsoft among its clients.

Features of the new headquarters include a foyer entrance with a large, direct view LED wall, a main conference room equipped with dual displays that’s optimized for Microsoft Teams and AI-powered cameras, and more.

“We are very excited about the opening of Diversified's new global headquarters at Granite Park in Plano,” said Plano Mayor John B. Muns. “This location is in a growing hub of business and technology innovation.”

Another tech company, Simplilearn, recently moved its U.S. headquarters to Plano from California.
