IRVING, Texas — A third person has been arrested in connection to a double homicide in Irving on Jan. 19, police said Wednesday.

The Irving Police Department said 32-year-old Yeferi Josue Aguilera Hernandez was arrested on Feb. 20 in connection to the investigation and search for Hector Matute (aka Hector Paguada), who is wanted for capital murder. Hernandez was arrested for "hindering apprehension of a known felon," police said.

While executing a search warrant for Hernandez's phone, police said they found various images and videos that contained child pornography.

Hernandez was also charged with possession of child pornography, a first-degree felony. His bonds were set at $25,000 (child porn charge) and $100,000 (hindering apprehension of a known felon).

Hernandez's arrest comes after Irving police announced in January that two women had been arrested in connection to the homicide. Thirty-four-year-old Nicolle Martinez Tome and 30-year-old Yudi Mabel Paguada Ruiz were both arrested for "Tampering With of Fabricating Physical Evidence."

In Wednesday's update, Irving police said Ruiz has also been charged with "hindering apprehension of a known felon."

According to Irving PD's update on Wednesday, the search for Paguada continues. If he's seen, Irving police ask witnesses not to confront him.
