Fort Worth police searching for man they say robbed a smoke shop with a machete on Christmas Eve

Police say they suspect the same person robbed the same store in the 6700 block of Crowley Road on Dec. 18 as well.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Fort Worth police are searching for a suspect they say robbed a business in the 6700 block of Crowley Road armed with a machete Christmas Eve.

Video released from the police department Wednesday shows a man in a hoodie going into a smoke shop, and running to the checkout counter brandishing the machete.

***MACHETE ROBBERY***
On 12/24/23 @ 2:30am, suspect robbed business @ 6700 block of Crowley Rd.
Believed same suspect that robbed same location on 12/18 also.
