DALLAS — Basketball Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal, also known as DJ Diesel in the EDM scene, will headline an afterparty for the LIV Golf event in Dallas in September.
The official LIV Golf Dallas Team Championship comes to Maridoe Golf Club from Sept. 20-22, and Sports Illustrated is hosting a live entertainment event at Groot Hospitality's Komodo restaurant and lounge in Dallas on Sept. 21, headlined by none other than Shaq, himself.
DJ Diesel will perform alongside other musical acts in Zack Bia, Dombresky, and Linska, officials said in a release.
The "Sports Illustrated LIV Golf Experience" will take place from 9 p.m. on Sept. 21 to 2 a.m. on Sept 22.
This isn't the only time O'Neal will be performing in North Texas in the coming months, either. The resident North Texan, who recently purchased a home in Rockwall County, is also holding "largest bass music festival in Texas" in November.
