Strong to severe storms are possible by Wednesday afternoon and evening.

Mostly cloudy skies, breezy, warm and more humid this Tuesday afternoon. Highs reach the upper 70s with gusty south of 15-20 mph. 

You'll start to feel the changes Tuesday. A strong south wind will be pumping moisture into North Texas. That means an uptick in cloud cover and humidity Tuesday. Temperatures will stay comfortable in the 70s.

Cloudy skies overnight with some drizzle and maybe some spotty showers by sunrise on Wednesday.

Wednesday could get a little dicey here in North Texas. Strong to severe storms are expected to develop during Wednesday afternoon through the evening. Very large hail, damaging winds, and a few tornadoes are possible.

Stay weather prepared. Go over your severe weather plan on these sunny days. Don't wait until the stormy ones.

Storms should end by sunrise on Thursday with clearing skies, breezy and cooler for the afternoon. Highs on Thursday will only reach the upper 60s with brisk NW winds of 15-20 mph.
