9:23 p.m.
The Texas State Aquarium announced it also will be closed Sunday and Monday, along with other attractions such as the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History and the Art Museum of South Texas. The Museum of Asian Cultures will be closed Sunday.

The Texas Department of Transportation ferry located in Port Aransas will stop service at noon Sunday, Port Aransas officials announced
5:55 p.m.
USS Lexington Museum by the Bay officials announced it will be closed Sunday and Monday.
3:49 p.m.
Sand berms have been put in place at some Beach Access Roads in order to stop vehicle access. Trash cans and portable toilets also were removed, as well as lifeguard stands.

Mandatory evacuations have been ordered for Refugio county residents.

Corpus Christi Medical Center announced that most of its Corpus Christi facilities will stay open, but:
- ER 24/7 Rockport (400 Enterprise Blvd, Rockport)
- ER 24/7 Northwest (13725 Northwest Blvd, Corpus Christi)
- ER 24/7 Portland (1702 Highway 181 North, Suite A-11, Portland)
will close as of 6 p.m. Saturday.

Nueces County Judge Connie Scott orders mandatory evacuation of visitors in Port Aransas area by noon Sunday.
IB McGee Beach Park and Horace Caldwell Pier are closed as of noon Saturday.
12:42 a.m.
A sandbag distribution will be held for Robstown residents, while supplies last, at 5 p.m. at the Johnny Calderon Building parking lot at 603 E Ave A. in Robstown.
11:45 a.m.
San Patricio County Judge David Krebs asks residents in low-lying areas, high-profile vehicles, and RV’s in the eastern portion of the county and in Aransas Pass, Gregory, Ingleside, Ingleside on the Bay, and Portland to voluntarily evacuate. Vehicle travel should be limited midnight Monday-6 p.m., effective at noon Saturday.
10:35 a.m.
The city of Corpus Christi extended J.C. Elliott Transfer Station and Collection Center hours Saturday until 8 p.m. so residents can clear brush that could become hazardous during the storm.
