DALLAS — Hurricane Oscar formed off the coast of the Bahamas on Saturday near Turks and Caicos and the southeastern Bahamas.
Cuba is under a hurricane watch for the provinces of Guantanamo, Holguin, and Las Tunas.
Oscar’s maximum sustained winds tonight stand at 85 mph with stronger gusts. This is a rather small hurricane and will have NO impact on the US Mainland.
