DALLAS —

Sunday

An exact repeat of Saturday is not likely, but rain will likely be somewhere in North Texas at any point during the day.

While spotty showers or storms are possible almost anywhere heading into the afternoon and evening, it looks like favored areas will be south and eastof D-FW.

Check your local radar

Can't rule out a shower or storm in and around D-FW through the afternoon and evening, but a repeat of yesterday does not look likely.

In areas that do see storms during the afternoon, if you find yourself underneath one, heavy rain, lightning, and gusty winds are possible.

Below normal temps continue on Sunday.

Regardless of if you see rain or not, your temps will be below normal again for August standards. Highs in the 80s to low 90s are likely for most. Just how warm you get depends on how much cloud cover vs. peeks of sunshine you see.

Either way, temps are normally in the upper 90s this time of summer and today will be nowhere close to typical summer heat.
