DALLAS — If you are trying to plan the Halloween weekend, here is a quick rundown:
- Lingering rain for some to start Saturday
- Cool and breezy most of the weekend

How much rain?
This most recent round of rain has been exactly what we need.
While it may not end the drought, it certainly helps! Especially when you couple it with the widespread soaking we saw on Monday.
Pretty much the entire area picked up between 1in to 2in with totals above 2in fairly common as well.
Cool and dry for the rest of Halloween Weekend and Halloween Monday
Sunday: The morning starts of sunny and chilly with a low near 51. Partly to mostly sunny with a high near 70. It'll be breezy at times with a northwest wind from 10 to 20 mph. Temperatures in the evening will be in the low to mid 60s.
HALLOWEEN: Monday will be the warmest day of the 3. The morning starts with a temperature near 50 and a clear sky. Sunshine and a light south wind helps temps climb to near 73. Temperatures around sunset will be in the upper 60s to low 70s.
Beyond...
Really quiet and beautiful weather this week! Our next chance of widespread rain and storms is in the forecast for the weekend. Too early for any details other than it looks like a good chance of rain and a few strong storms wouldn't be out of the question.
