DALLAS —
Sunday
Great end to the weekend!
Some passing mid to high level clouds will be out there, but enough sunshine gets through those along with a breeze from the south to warm temps into the 60s area-wide by the afternoon.
This week
Don't lock up those raincoats! Multiple chances for showers and storms return.
As of now it looks like best chances for widespread rain will arrive Monday night into Tuesday morning (Valentine's Day). This will be a quick round of rain late Monday night into early Tuesday morning.
Rain quickly moves off to the east with Valentine's Day afternoon and evening looking dry, windy, and warmer.
Another round of showers and storms is possible Wednesday evening into Wednesday night. While this round does not look as widespread as earlier in the week, it may pack more of a punch. There's a chance we could see some strong to severe storms with this round from the D-FW area to the east.
Keep checking back for updates as we fine-tune the forecast and we get closer.
