Even cooler Monday!
Sunday was the coolest day North Texas has seen in months! The last time it was cooler was in late April.
Temps in the morning and afternoon are expected to be even cooler Monday morning with 40s in store for most areas.
Winds will be much lighter Sunday night into Monday morning, but with temps in the 40s any sort of breeze will make it feel cooler. Wind chills return!
It won't stay that chilly all day long as plenty of sunshine will help temps warm into the 60s during the afternoon.
What to expect this week
Tuesday morning looks to be even cooler than Monday morning with widespread 40s across North Texas! But that will be the coolest morning for a while.
Temps warm the rest of the week with afternoon highs climbing back into the 80s by Wednesday and staying there the rest of the week into the weekend.
14 Day Forecast
Rain stays away this week as temps warm back in to the 80s. Those 80s continue next week and into the following week as well.
However, by next week the pattern starts to shift a little bit and some rain chances may return to the area.
