Finally freezing!
All of North Texas saw a freeze Saturday night into Sunday morning with temps even dropping into the low 20s and teens in some locations!
DFW officially dropped to 29°, which is the first freeze in almost a month. The last time DFW saw a freeze was January 22nd.
That makes for 15 freezes this season at DFW, which is well below the seasonal average of 29.
Another freeze for some
Another freeze tonight, but not for everyone! Denton, Collin, Rockwall counties and east should plan for one overnight.
Quickly back to the warmth
This little taste of winter quickly departs during the workweek. Highs climb into the 60s on Monday with the potential for low 80s by Wednesday. It stays dry all week.
