DALLAS — North Texas will see some changes in the weather this weekend with much cooler temps.
Here's a look at what you can expect:
Quick Facts:
- Winds die down tonight
- Morning freezes possible the next few days
- Rain returns later this week
Freezes Coming
After a chilly Sunday, skies will remain clear Sunday night into Monday morning. This will set the stage for a widespread freeze across North Texas. This isn't pipe-bursting cold, but it is enough to warrant protecting tender vegetation as well as making sure the sprinklers are turned off and outdoor faucets are covered. Another chance for a freeze will occur Tuesday morning for most of the area as well.
