Flights cancelled, delayed by widespread rain. Here's how to check your flight status.

Rain fell for several hours starting Sunday morning, causing over 100 flights to be cancelled at DFW International airport.

DALLAS — Widespread rain across North Texas foiled outdoor Mother's Day plans Sunday and caused flight delays and cancelations at DFW airports.

The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport reported that 1,079 flights were delayed and 259 flights were cancelled as of about 8:55 p.m. Sunday. 

At Love Field Airport, 237 flights were delayed and zero flights were cancelled.
