WISE COUNTY, Texas — One person died and two people were injured in a crash on FM-730 in Wise County, officials said.
The crash occurred around 8:17 p.m. Saturday, Nov 16 on FM-730 near County Road 4668, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Investigators found that a truck was traveling northbound when it veered into the southbound lane and hit a vehicle, according to DPS.
One person, 31-year-old Cassandra Anne Baskerville, was a passenger in the truck and died in the crash, officials said. The truck driver Zach Ellis, 34, and the driver of the other vehicle Kurtis Kreslake, 39, were taken to the hospital with non-incapacitating injuries, officials said.
The investigation is ongoing, officials said.
