PLANO, Texas — The North Texas Tollway Authority says northbound lanes of the Dallas North Tollway from West Park Blvd. to Windhaven are reopened after a major crash.
The Department of Public Safety told WFAA that a pedestrian ran into oncoming traffic and was struck by one vehicle. The driver stayed at the scene and didn't have any serious injuries.
DPS says since it's deemed a suicide, no further information will be released.
