NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas — A car crashed into a home on the access road of Northeast Loop 820, North Richland Hills police said in a press release.
Officers responded to reports of a vehicle crashing into a house around 10:46 a.m. Sunday at 7300 Northeast Loop 820 Eastbound access road, police said.
A resident of the home and the vehicle's driver were seriously injured in the crash and taken to a hospital, according to the release. Investigators found that a medical event may have contributed to the accident, police said.
Police are investigating the incident and the roadway was closed around 11 a.m., according to the release.
