ARLINGTON, Texas — The Texas Department of Transportation is advising drivers that part of I-30 in Arlington will be closed this weekend, weather permitting.
Eastbound I-30 from Baird Farm Road to State Highway 360 will be reduced to one lane from 8 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday.
TXDOT said the closure is due to construction activities. It should be noted that this closure could significantly affect traffic before, during and after the Dallas Cowboys final preseason game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
