FORT WORTH, Texas — A motorcyclist died after crashing into the back of a sedan in Fort Worth Monday, police say.
Police responded to reports of a major accident around 9:28 p.m. Monday, June 10 at East Loop 820 South Freeway and East Berry Street. The incident temporarily shut down the highway.
A motorcycle crashed into the back of a sedan, police said. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the sedan was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Police did not release the name of the victim. The traffic unit is investigating, according to police.
