FORT WORTH, Texas — A person died after a car crashed into a tree in North Fort Worth, police said.
Officers responded to a crash around 2:37 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 17 in the 3800 block of Decatur Avenue, Fort Worth police said in a press release.
Police initially said a vehicle crashed into a home at the location, but later corrected the statement saying the car crashed into a tree.
A person was pronounced dead at the scene, according to FWPD. Two others were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, police said.
