Three people have been pronounced dead following a single-vehicle crash along East Mockingbird Lane in the northeast portion of Dallas, officials confirmed to WFAA.
A Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesperson said first responders were dispatched to the crash at approximately 8:08 a.m. Tuesday in the 7200 block of East Mockingbird Lane.
In a news release, police say the victims' vehicle was going west on Mockingbird when it veered off of the road and ran into a tree.
Two people were declared dead at the scene. Police said a third person was taken to the hospital in serious condition and was later pronounced dead. All three people were occupants of the vehicle, DFR added.
The crash is still under investigation as of Tuesday afternoon.
