DALLAS — A 24-year-old man was hit and killed by a car in Dallas overnight, police say.
Officers responded to an accident call around 3:40 a.m. on Oct. 5 in the 3900 block of W Davis Street, according to a press release from the Dallas Police Department.
Investigators found that a person walking was hit by a car, the release states. The victim, 24-year-old Omar Nadir Luna Martinez, died at the scene.
The driver remained on the scene of the crash, police said.
Police are investigating the incident, according to the release.
