The Dallas County Sherriff's Office said an 18-wheeler taking the ramp from northbound I-45 to westbound I-30 lost its load, damaging the ramp.

DALLAS — Eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 were shutdown early Saturday morning after an 18-wheeler lost its load while taking the ramp from northbound Interstate 45 to westbound I-30, according to a Dallas County Sherriff's Office post on X.

According to the Dallas County Sherriff's Office, there were not any known injuries.

The load fell from the 18-wheeler and onto the eastbound main lanes of I-30. TxDOT cameras showed I-30 traffic backup and clean-up efforts in the area at around 4:30 a.m. Saturday. The eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 were re-opened by 9:45 a.m. Saturday morning.

TX DOT confirmed Sunday morning that all repairs had been completed, and that the road was back open and fully operational again.
