CLEBURNE, Texas — A 76-year-old man died after being hit by a car in Cleburne, police said in a press release.
Officers responded to a crash around 7:50 p.m. Oct.. 29 in the 1700 block of W Henderson Street, according to a press release from the Cleburne Police Department. They found that a 76-year-old man was crossing West Henderson Street when he fell in the roadway and was hit by a truck, the release states.
The victim was later identified as Charles Drum of Glen Rose. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said. The truck driver was uninjured, the release states.
The crash is under investigation, police said.
