ARLINGTON, Texas — The Associated Press named Dallas Wings guard Arike Ogunbowale to its Press All-WNBA Second Team, the AP announced Sunday.
This is the second year Ogunbowale was named to the team. In 2024, she led the league in steals, free-throw percentage and minutes played, according to a press release from the Dallas Wings.
She reached the 20-point mark in 28 of 38 games played in the 2024 season and became the team's franchise career scoring leader on Sept. 12 against the New York Liberty.
Ogunbowale was also named MVP of the WNBA All-Star game. After being held scoreless in the first half, she set All-Star Game records for most points in a quarter, half and game. She led Team WNBA to the 117-109 win over Team USA, the release states.
