FC Dallas' affiliate team, North Texas SC, to compete for MLS NEXT Pro Cup at Toyota Stadium

FRISCO, Texas — A title is on the line in Frisco this weekend.

North Texas SC, the affiliate team for FC Dallas, will host Philadelphia Union II in the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro Cup on Saturday night in Toyota Stadium. North Texas SC are the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference of MLS NEXT Pro and defeated No. 2 seed St Louis CITY2, 3-0, in the Western Conference Finals.

North Texas SC is led by the league’s 2024 Goalkeeper of the Year, Michael Collodi. Anthony Ramirez, Pedrinho and Malik Henry-Scott all scored in extra time to give North Texas SC the win.

Philadelphia Union II, led by 15-year-old phenom Cavan Sullivan, advanced to the Final after beating No. 7 seed Columbus Crew 2, 4-0. Sullivan scored his first professional playoff goal in the victory, becoming the youngest player to ever score in the MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs.

North Texas SC is looking for its second championship in club history (2019 USL League One).
