Frisco -- Media members covering the Dallas Cowboys have become accustomed to a lack of information from head coach Jason Garrett in terms of quarterback Tony Romo's status.

"We'll take it day by day," said Garrett during Wednesday morning's press conference. "He's had some good day's of rehab though lately."

It seemed like standard fare - Romo would miss another practice, as Prescott prepared to face the Eagles Sunday night.

There was little hint that at least part of Romo's rehab on this day would take place on the practice field.

"He's looked sharp every time he's out there," said Prescott. "That's a vet that takes care of himself and is going to get back healthy and he's doing all the right things to do that."

Romo's return to the field, although it was a limited one, means the Cowboys are that much closer to having to make the difficult decision between Romo and Dak Prescott as starter.

The "Team Dak" versus "Team Romo" debate will only intensify as Romo gets healthier. But receiver Dez Bryant says that won't be an issue inside the locker room. He says since joining the Cowboys, this team's chemistry is the best he's seen.

"Team chemistry is just that good. It's just something we built in the off-season," said Bryant. "You've got guys here who actually give a damn about each other and want to see [teammates] perform. When you got guys like that in the locker room, like I said its hard to beat."

With each passing day and each Romo pass, the time nears when that team chemistry will be put to the test.
