DALLAS — In celebration of the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, Medical City Healthcare's youngest residents are showing support for Team USA and sporting some gold of their own.
"For some of these tiny patients, every breath is an athletic feat worthy of a gold medal," a hospital spokesperson said.
The NICU at Medical City Arlington and Lewisville was transformed into a mini Olympic village.
In a gallery of adorable pictures, residents at the hospital's NICU department were dressed up to support the red, white and blue as hundreds of U.S. athletes are competing in Paris.
WFAA would also like to recognize the NICU team of professionals who help get every baby off to the best possible start in life.
