'Man I'm in playoff mode f--- that list' | Micah Parsons fires back at All-Pro snub

Two Dallas Cowboys players did make the inaugural Players' All-Pro Team, however.

ARLINGTON, Texas — If the playoffs weren't enough, at least one Dallas Cowboy might have an extra edge Monday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The NFL Players Association on Wednesday released its inaugural Players' All-Pro Team, the league's best players as selected by the players themselves.

And Micah Parsons wasn't on it.

The Cowboys star linebacker finished the season with 13.5 sacks, 65 tackles and 14 tackles for loss.

But when the players' selections were released Wednesday, Parsons didn't make the cut. Fred Warner and Roquan Smith were the two off-ball linebacker selections, and Nick Bosa and Myles Garrett were at edge rusher.

Parsons wasn't happy about it.

"Man I'm in playoff mode fu** that list!" he tweeted. "Congrats to those that made it tho! They deserve it!"

Granted, the Parsons snub might be more a result of how he's deployed in the Dallas defense than any disrespect. As a pass-rushing linebacker, he doesn't get the eye-popping tackle totals that Warner and Smith get. And without playing 100% on the edge, it's still tough to match the sack totals of Bosa and Garrett.

All of this might be a moot point when Parsons is likely to land on the Associated Press All-Pro team, as he did last year.

Dallas had two players make the Players' All-Pro Team list: wide receiver KaVontae Turpin as a punt returner and right guard Zack Martin.
