DALLAS — Dallas Cowboys star linebacker Micah Parsons served up chicken strips to fans at a Dallas Raising Cane’s restaurant Tuesday.
Parsons worked a “shift” at the Cowboys-themed Raising Cane’s store in Dallas, serving Box Combos from the drive-thru to more than 100 Cowboys fans, alongside the world-famous Cowboys cheerleaders.
Parsons visited the Cowboys-themed Raising Cane’s location, which opened in October last year at 2255 W. Northwest Highway in partnership with Grapevine-native rapper and singer/songwriter Post Malone.
“This Cowboys restaurant is dope and Post Malone is awesome, so I wouldn’t expect anything less. I want to bring Trevon [Diggs] here!” Parsons said.
Parsons and the Cowboys are coming off a 44-19 loss against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Parsons was asked during his “shift” about how he hopes the Cowboys can reset and bounce back before their game against the Baltimore Ravens.
“You never know how many Sundays you have, so you always have to stay humble,” Parsons said. “After Sunday’s game, we need to restart, reset, and refocus, and God always has a way of humbling. You never want to stay too high or too low, you have to stay neutral.”
