DALLAS — Editor's note: Get exclusive Cowboys content you'll only find with WFAA main sports anchor Joe Trahan's weekly Cowboys newsletter. The Playbook drops each Friday and gets you ready for each football weekend. Sign up here: wfaa.com/playbook.

The Dallas Cowboys take the national spotlight -- again -- on Monday night against the New York Giants.

And you can watch the game on WFAA (Channel 8), as ABC is broadcasting "Monday Night Football". Kickoff is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. from East Rutherford, N.J., but we'll have coverage throughout the day, including a pregame show from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The pregame show, "Monday Night Live: Sports Special with Joe Trahan," will broadcast live from the Concrete Cowboy at The Star in Frisco, and it will feature an exclusive one-on-one interview with current Cowboys starting quarterback Cooper Rush.

Win, lose or tie (seriously, Cowboys, please don't tie), we'll have all of the recaps, reactions and analysis from the game on "WFAA News 8 at 10" after the final whistle. We'll also have an exclusive, eye-opening sit-down interview with Cowboys legend and "Monday Night Football" commentator Troy Aikman tonight.

One technical thing of note: If you're tuning into the game through an antenna, we've made sure you'll get as crisp a broadcast feed as possible. WFAA recently boosted its tower signal strength to ensure better-quality reception for our viewers throughout the North Texas region. We have a step-by-step description -- and an explanation of the technology behind it -- on how you can rescan your television to get the best picture possible, right here.

You can also check out more of our Dallas Cowboys coverage right here. And if you'd like to sign up for a weekly Friday email previewing each weekend's Cowboys matchup from WFAA's main sports anchor Joe Trahan, you can sign up for that newsletter, called The Playbook, right here.

Now... let's go, Cowboys!
