DALLAS — The 2024 Dallas Cowboys are set - for now.
The club on Tuesday trimmed down their final roster to 53 players, making the last cuts of training camp ahead of the regular season starting next weekend. Of course, an NFL 53-man roster is a revolving door of transactions, so none of this is set in stone, and guys who made the team Tuesday might be out of a job by Thursday. Such is life in the NFL.
But for now, let's take a look at what each member of the team is making in 2024, via Spotrac, which tracks player salaries and payroll data. Unless otherwise noted, these numbers are from each player's "cap hit," or the salary number that counts against the team's cap. Some players might make extra through signing bonuses, prorated earnings and the like (take CeeDee Lamb's $38 million bonus, for example), but this is a good overview at what each player is bringing home this season, or at least what number counts against the all-important salary cap.
One other note: 54 players are ranked here, as it's not yet clear whose spot Lamb will take when he's officially activated now that he signed a contract extension.
