PITTSBURGH — The Dallas Cowboys beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 20-17 in a Sunday night primetime showdown.

It came down to a nail-biting finish, including a near fumble by Rico Dowdle. But on 4th and goal, Dak Prescott hit a shotgun pass to Jalen Tolbert for a game-winning touchdown with just 20 seconds on the clock.

67,380 was the paid attendance for Sunday night's showdown between the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers — the fifth-highest attendance ever for a Steelers game.

It speaks volumes about what this decades-old rivalry means to the fans — and it speaks volumes about the fans waiting out a 90-minute weather delay to actually watch the game they paid to see.

It was a rough game for Dak Prescott. On one hand, the Cowboys' QB threw an impressive 352 yards and two touchdowns. However, Prescott turned the ball over three times: one sack-fumble in the red zone, one interception in the red zone and a deep throw interception early in the fourth.

Part of Prescott's offensive flubs could be attributed to a strong Steelers defense. Pittsburgh also impressively blocked a Brandon Aubrey field goal attempt from 38 yards and recovered it on their own 27 yard line.

One area Pittsburgh didn't cover well: the Cowboys run game. Through the first four weeks of play, the Cowboys run game has been abysmal. In Sunday's contest against the Steelers, the Boys rushed for a respectable 109 yards — 87 of those coming from Rico Dowdle.

On the injury front, rookie defensive end Marshawn Kneeland left the game in the first quarter with a right knee injury and will not return.

Kneeland started Sunday night's game with usual starters Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence both sidelined with their own injuries.

On offense, rookie left tackle Tyler Guyton suffered a knee injury as well. He is questionable to return.
