TCU spring game: How to watch, what you need to know

FORT WORTH, Texas — The TCU Horned Frogs spring game is right around the corner.

The Horned Frogs will take the field at 2 p.m. in Amon G. Carter Stadium on April 27.

How much does it cost to go to TCU's spring game?

Admission is free. Gate 1 on the west side and 6, 8 and 10 on the east side will open at 1 p.m. with seating in the lower bowl only.

When is Frogapalooza?

Prior to the scrimmage will be live music from The Texases, a classic country cover band. Concessions will feature $3 food and drink items that include hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, peanuts, 44-ounce sodas and 16-ounce beers.

Family fun on the concourses will feature face painting, balloon artists, wax hand making, air brush tattoos, air brush hats and a caricature artist along with a variety of carnival games and a photo booth. A "Markdown Madness" sidewalk sale will take place at the team store on the east concourse.
 
TCU students will receive complimentary tank tops, free Kona Ice and various food station giveaways.

As of April 12, TCU is bringing in 20 transfers from other schools, according to 247 Sports.
