DALLAS — The Dallas Mavericks are Western Conference Champions for the first time since their glorious NBA Championship run back in 2011. But it now comes with a price -- a big one.
The Mavs will be taking on the Celtics in the NBA Finals and will play in Boston for the first two games of the series.
Game 3 will be played at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, and if you are looking to watch in person, you might be spending a good chunk of your change to get there.
So, how much are tickets to Game 3 in Dallas?
Cheapest tickets
As of noon on Friday, May 31, the cheapest ticket in the American Airlines Center will cost you roughly $960, not including fees, according to SeatGeek.
This ticket will have you seated in the very last row of section 319.
Mid-level tickets
Now, if you aren't wanting to strain your eyes all game trying to see Kyrie's handles, let's take a look at some of the more expensive, mid-level tickets.
To sit on either side of the court, still in the upper region of the arena, you will be paying anywhere from $1,870 to $3,038, according to SeatGeek.
Most expensive tickets
Shield your eyes. This is when it gets scary.
If you are wanting an up-close and personal experience at Game 3 of the NBA Finals, you will be paying around $21,624 for a ticket -- and it's not even courtside.
As for Ticketmaster, I joined the queue shortly after tickets went on sale Friday afternoon and there's only a little over 43,000 people already in front of me, waiting to get their hands on some tickets.
So, if you aren't able to be there in person for Game 3, don't feel bad -- that's a lot of money.
I'm sure your couch at home will offer adequate comfort and convenience for you so that you can fully enjoy the game without totally breaking the bank.
