COLLEYVILLE, Texas — In the first high school basketball broadcast of the season, WFAA will feature the Argyle-Colleyville Heritage double header on Tuesday Night Hoops, as the 5th-ranked girls from Argyle visit Heritage at 5:45 p.m., and the 10th-ranked boys from Argyle visit Heritage at 7:15 p.m.

Argyle leads the district standings in District 7-5A on both the boys and girls side. The boys, led by Jayson Demcher, are 6-1 on the year in district, 23-3 overall. They lead Denton Ryan and Colleyville Heritage in the district standings, with Heritage just a game behind at 5-2.
On the girls side, Argyle is 27-3 on the year and 9-0 in district play. Led by Gabby Campbell and Samantha Bacon, the Eagles are two games in front of 7-2 Colleyville Heritage. The Panthers, led by sophomore star Journee Hampton, have won six of their last seven games, to put pressure on Argyle in the standings.
Both games are rematches of the first meeting this year, back on December 19th. The Argyle girls won the first meeting 49-37. The Argyle boys won the first meeting as well, 51-41.
