An infant was among three killed after a three-vehicle collision closed down the 9700 block of Blue Mound Road near Highway 287 in Fort Worth on Sunday evening.
According to Fort Worth Police, a white Honda Civic may have veered into oncoming traffic, where it collided head-on with a passenger truck.
A third vehicle then rear-ended that car.
The two adult occupants in the front seats of the Honda Civic were trapped and died on scene.
The Honda Civic was carrying four additional passengers in the backseat, including two children, an adult and an infant.
The two children were transported to Cook Children's in serious condition. The infant, who was also transported to Cook in critical condition, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
MedStar reports two additional adults were transported from the scene, one to Harris Methodist and another to JPS .
