LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock police called fans' reactions "disappointing" Saturday night after Texas Tech's win in the NCAA Final Four.
On Facebook, Lubbock Police said the crowds "engaged in extremely dangerous, and disappointing behavior including vandalizing property."
