DALLAS — Dallas Police have arrested one suspect accused of burglarizing a home on the 3900 block of Boca Bay Drive in North Dallas earlier this month.

Phillip Anthony Bolanos, 39, was arrested on Monday after police received several tips about his involvement in the burglary. Police are still looking for the other burglar, who with Bolanos is accused of stealing $6,700 worth of household items, according to the arrest affidavit for Bolanos.

Bolanos has been charged with burglary of a habitation and is currently in the Lew Sterrett Justice Center. His bond is set at $15,000.

The burglary in question occurred on Jan. 15, when surveillance video at a house in the 3900 block of Boca Bay Drive in north Dallas captured footage of Bolanos and another suspect putting the stolen items in cardboard boxes and walking out of the house.

The other suspect is thought to be a teenager, police said. Bolanos and the other suspect were spotted in the area driving a blue 2000s-era Ford F-150.

Anyone with information regarding the other suspect or the burglary is asked to contact Detective D.V. Cunningham at 214-670 6042.
