An Amber Alert issued for a 17-year-old girl from Waxahachie has been discontinued.
Victoria Helen Upchurch was believed to be with Chance Casper Foster, 18, according to an alert from the Texas Amber Alert Network.
The alert was canceled just before 7 p.m. Sunday, less than two hours after it was issued.
Waxahachie Police told News 8 that Upchurch "has been located and is safe."
"It was determined that the victim left on her own free will and was not abducted," read a statement from the police department.
