AMBER Alert issued for missing 6-year-old West Texas boy

Maxamillius Dominguez was last seen Friday night at a little after 8 p.m. in Odessa.

ODESSA, Texas — Police are asking for the public to be on the lookout for a missing 6-year-old Odessa boy who is now the subject of a statewide AMBER Alert.

The child’s name is Maxamillius Dominguez. He stands three feet, four inches tall and weighs around 60 pounds.  He was last seen Friday night near West 39th Street and North Freemont Avenue in Odessa, wearing a teal blue Toy Story shirt, blue jeans and black Crocs.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, he may be with 42-year-old Jose Dominguez. Jose Dominguez stands five feet, eight inches tall and weighs around 157 pounds. He was reportedly last wearing a tan baseball cap, tan shirt and tan shorts. He has tattoos on his face, both arms, left hand and abdomen.

At this point, we don’t know the relationship, if any, between the two or the circumstances of the child's disappearance.

The vehicle investigators said to be on the lookout for is a 2009 blue Cadillac CTS with license plate GWX3047. The vehicle has a sunroof.
