LUBBOCK (AP) Police suspect a fall from the upper levels of an 11-story parking garage killed a Texas Tech student near campus.
Investigators say a passerby found Mason Vanstory's body around daybreak Sunday at the Raider Park Parking Garage.
Police Sgt. Jonathan Stewart says it's still unknown what led to the fall by the 19-year-old sophomore mass communications student from Dallas.
