WESTLAKE, Texas — A major crash shut down all westbound lanes of traffic on Texas 114 in the Southlake area on Thursday morning, police said.
The highway appeared to be reopened by noon.
The crash was reported shortly before 7:30 a.m. on westbound Texas 114 at Solana Boulevard between Southlake and Westlake, according to the Texas Department of Transportation. Two vehicles were involved in the crash, Southlake police said.
Keller police, who were also responding to the crash, said all westbound lanes of 114 were shut down at Dove Road. Police said the crash was a result of a vehicle making "an unsafe turning movement," but more information was not released.
There was no initial word on if anyone was injured in the crash.
