TARRANT COUNTY, Texas — The NETCOM Dispatch Center non-emergency phone lines for the cities of Keller, Westlake, Southlake and Colleyville were briefly down Wednesday morning amid a multi-state outage, officials say.
911 emergency phone lines weren't affected.
The Southlake Department of Public Safety reported the outage shortly after 9 a.m. and it was restored shortly before 11 a.m.
The Northeast Tarrant County Communications Center was the first regional dispatch center in Tarrant County when it launched in 2007, according to Keller’s website.
