FORT WORTH, Texas — Reata will remain in its current location through June 30, giving its loyal customers just three days to stop by the longtime downtown staple.
"Swing by and visit us one last time," the restaurant posted on Facebook.
The location will hold the restaurant's last dinner service Sunday before closing its doors permanently.
The restaurant will not move far, remaining in downtown Fort Worth on the ground floor of The Tower building at 530 Throckmorton. Reata officials previously told WFAA the location will be a "stepping stone before a more permanent flagship home is constructed."
The move comes after Reata was not able to renew their lease for the Houston Street location in Sundance Square, Mike Micallef, president of Reata said.
After a "comprehensive exploration of Tarrant County," Reata leaders decided to stay in downtown Fort Worth.
Reata leaders recommend making a reservation to secure your spot before the location closes. Loyal customers of the restaurant have been sharing their memories of Facebook in the days before the last dinner service.
